Coaches are valuable resources for lifelong career management. These relationships can be quite valuable, providing you with long-term career support and direction, a proactive plan for career management and a competitive advantage in the executive market.
Not every professional needs a coach. However, a coach can be a tremendously motivating force that will propel your career - and your paycheck - to new levels of success.
Executive Coaching
Our fees are determined for each individual based on the specific services provided. We pride ourselves on customizing our coaching based on the unique requirements of each client such as:
- Frequency and length of coaching sessions
- Construct and duration of the coaching period
- Assessments
We are pleased to provide a quote at any time based on your unique requirements.
Transitional Coaching
One to three individual forty-five minute coaching sessions with extensive e-mail and fax support is $250/session.
- The initial session is one hour long at no additional fee to help us understand your issues and to orient you to the coaching process.
Career Mentoring
The fee for the Career Mentoring Program is $600 per month to include:
- 80% - 90% of our Mentoring Program is conducted over the telephone.
- Our Mentoring Program is one to six months of unlimited access to me by e-mail, phone, fax, regular mail, etc., at your convenience. Some people call me daily, some weekly, some monthly.
- I return all phone calls within 2 hours and answer all written correspondence within 24 hours.
- We can meet in person if convenient for both of us. Some of our clients prefer this. Others don't. It's up to you.
- There is no minimum contract period.
I coach in person, on the phone, or by e-mail, or work with a combination of all three. The format is largely determined by agreement with the client, but involves a minimal once-weekly contact, plus unlimited e-mail.
