Ed Garnett retired from Amgen, the world's largest biotechnology company, in 2002. While at Amgen, Ed was Corporate Vice-President of Human Resources - responsible for worldwide Human Resources in over 25 countries. He reported to the Chief Executive Officer and served as a member of the Executive Committee.
During Ed's tenure, Amgen grew from 2,000 employees to over 10,000 employees. He was responsible for executive coaching, recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, organizational development, diversity, employee relations and security.
Most importantly, Ed is also very experienced as an executive coach and mentor.
